Skye Gyngell is one of Britain’s most respected and acclaimed chefs and you will now be able to cook alongside her and her team for one week in one of Sicily’s most beautiful private villas. An all-inclusive package (except flights) featuring cookery demonstrations by Skye and “hands on” cooking in our big kitchen.

For a whole week, visit local markets, sample Etna wines, watch cookery demonstrations and cook yourself under the guidance of Skye Gyngell.
